The deal, in plain words

• You must be at least 18 and give a real email address.
• Keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell Echo right away if you think someone else got into your account.

Only add sites you own or have permission to manage. You give Echo read-only access to their Search Console data so it can show your numbers and suggest changes. Your data stays yours. You let Echo store and process it only to run the service for you, as described in the privacy page.

• While Echo is in early access, it is free. No card is on file.
• Early access covers up to 3 sites and 100 searches checked daily.
• Paid plans come later. You will get notice before anything changes, and nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
• You can remove a site or delete your account any time.

Please don’t:

• Add sites you have no right to manage.
• Try to get into other people's accounts or data.
• Copy, resell or scrape Echo, or overload it on purpose.
• Use Echo to break the law or Google's terms.

Echo may pause or close accounts that do these things.

Echo works hard to be accurate and available, but it is provided as is. Daily Google checks come from an outside provider and can differ from what you see in your own browser. Suggestions and payoff estimates are estimates. Article drafts are a starting point: check them, especially the facts marked in brackets, before you publish. Echo does not promise any spot on Google, visits or income. You decide what changes to make to your sites.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Moore IQ LLC is not liable for lost profits, lost data or indirect damages, and its total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid Echo in the 12 months before the claim.

You can stop using Echo and close your account any time. Echo can end or suspend your account if you break these terms, or if the service shuts down, in which case you will get notice and a chance to ask for your data.

If these terms change, the date at the top changes too, and big changes will be emailed to you. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where Moore IQ LLC is registered.
