Your data, in plain words

• Your account. Your email address, so you can sign in and get the Monday email with your week’s plan.
• Your sites. The list of sites you add and the settings you choose for them, like what each site earns from.
• Search Console data. Visits from Google, times shown on Google, the share who clicked, your spot on Google, and the searches and pages behind them. Echo reads this only for sites where you have given it access, and only with read-only permission.
• Daily Google checks. Your spot on Google for each search you check daily, and whether Google’s AI summary mentions your site.
• Billing details. Your plan and payment status. Card numbers go straight to Stripe. Echo never sees or stores them.

Echo uses a cookie to keep you signed in. It does not use advertising cookies or sell ads.

Only to run the service for you: to show your numbers, check your spot on Google, build your weekly plan, keyword ideas, article plans and drafts, flag drops, send your Monday email, handle billing if you are on a paid plan, and answer your emails. Echo does not sell your data, rent it, or share it with advertisers.

Echo’s use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use rules.

These companies process data on Echo’s behalf, only as needed to do their part:

• Supabase stores your account and site data and handles sign-in.
• Stripe handles payments.
• Google provides your Search Console data through its APIs.
• DataForSEO runs the daily Google checks and keyword ideas. It receives the searches you check and your site addresses, not your Search Console data.
• OpenAI writes article drafts through its AI models, using the article plan and the details needed to write it.

Echo may also share data if the law requires it, for example to answer a valid court order.

Echo keeps your data while your account is open. When you remove a site, its Search Console data and daily Google checks are deleted with it. To close your account and delete everything, email damian@mooreiq.ai. Deletion is done within 30 days. Billing records Stripe must keep for tax and accounting stay with Stripe.

Data travels over encrypted connections and is stored with Supabase. Each workspace can only read its own data. Echo’s access to Search Console is read-only, so Echo can’t change your site or your Google settings. You can remove Echo from Search Console at any time.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask Echo to fix something wrong, or ask for it all to be deleted. Email damian@mooreiq.ai from the address on your account.

Echo is a tool for businesses and is not meant for children under 16.

If this page changes, the date at the top changes too. Big changes will also be sent to the email on your account.
